CEC/CEUs for Previous TSI Summits
To receive continuing education credits for your Summit sessions, fill out the CEC/CEU form located in the event program. The program was given to each registered attendee onsite in individual registration kits. Send your completed CEC/CEU form to your certifying organization for credit. For replacement CEC/CEU forms, download the request form attached below. There is a $25 replacement fee for additional CEC/CEU forms.
